Dear Atty. Rashid Pandi:

I am a fourth year law student currently enrolled at the University of San Carlos School of
Law and Governance taking up the degree of Juris Doctor non-thesis (JD-NT). I was unable
to take the subject LLB 211: Torts and Damages during my third year since I shifted to JD-
NT from JD-With Thesis.
For this reason, I would like to ask for your kind consideration to allow me to enroll in EH
403 class this 2nd semester in order to graduate on time at Academic Year 2019-2020. I
humbly apologize that I will not be able to regularly attend classes since the fourth year
students have review classes in conflict with your class. As such, I am respectfully
requesting that I may be excused from the regular class attendance and in lieu of such, I
undertake to comply with all requirements that you may deem necessary.
