providing various support services to The QED Group, LLC located in Arlington, Virginia, USA. While
each company is independent of the other, the two organizations work exclusively together.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Sharepoint Specialist develop, maintain and manage the QED Group’s Sharepoint Online
platform (Office 365 Enterprise E3).

The Senior Sharepoint Specialist is responsible to train the QED Group’s staff on Sharepoint usage and
extract inputs from functions to streamline the workflows and implement process automations.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

Sharepoint online development

 Develop and deploy customized sharepoint / team site, workflows, forms, and other functions.
 Design, develop and deploy sharepoint team sites functionalities.
 Create and maintain out-of-the-box sharepoint features (site collections, document libraries, lists,
custom forms, web parts, and workflows.
 Continuous development of the QED Group’s Employee Portal (QED’in).
 Design, develop and implement document libraries for each department / function on Employee
Portal (QED, in).

Sharepoint online governance

 Introduce new functionalities to the QED group’s functions in-line with business objectives.
 Work closely with different business units to capture requirements and convert them into
operational automation and optimizations on sharepoint online platform.
 Manage and maintain sharepoint security and its governance.
 Configure and manage the QED Group’s content management (eDiscovery, Records
Management, Retention Policies, IRM, Metadata, Document Sets, etc.) on sharepoint platform.

Sharepoint online administration

 Administer and maintain corporate sharepoint online implementation (Office 365 Enterprise E3).
 Create and manage sharepoint / team sites and its functionalities.
 Ensure continuous sharepoint (end-user) training or provide manuals to the QED Group’s staff.
 Address end-user support and incidents, including the company helpdesk tickets.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

 Bachelor 's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience in the computer science
field.

 Minimum four years of experience in administering Microsoft SharePoint deployments.

 Minimum four years of experience in supporting SharePoint online implementation.

 Good knowledge on Sharepoint Online Management Shell, Site Collections, Collaboration sites,
Permissions and external sharing, Site Navigation, SharePoint Apps, Site Mailbox, etc..

 Ability to work unsupervised for extended periods if required.

 Good Knowledge on SharePoint Designer, Powershell, Caml query builder or equivalent,


Notepad++, CSS bot, etc.

 Ability to work on multiple projects as directed with remote teams.

 Minimum three years of experience with cloud integrations.

 Other Office 365 development and implementation experience is a plus.
