III. Rationale & Objectives

To engage architecture students with different types of people and allow them to strategize in both
physical and mental challenges as a team.

To enhance the communication skills through collaborative activities so they may expand their ideas
about cultural differences as they participate in different activities.

To promote social interactions among participants in order to build friendship through teamwork and
encourage collaborative effort to achieve goals

To encourage creative and logical thinking among teams through activities that unites each member's
diverse perspectives

To help edify one's values in becoming a role model and a team player for leadership that builds capacity
and capability
