Objectives of the study

General objective
The general objective of this study is to assess the role of effective leadership on employee performance
of Abyssinia bank in Churchill road branch.

Specific Objective

• To assess the kinds of leadership within the organization.


• To identify the way of leadership to motivate employees
• To explore the problem that affect performance of employees that is related to leadership.
• To identify what types of decision making for the leader.

Purpose of the study


This study would vital for Abyssinia bank in Churchill road branch in order to set important information
about employees and understand their problem. the purpose of the research will focus on:

• Forward the concerned bodies to look for the solution for the problems that arises in the organizing
during performance appraisal system.

• Finding the work that will change the perception of Abyssinia bank in Churchill road branch to
become reference to another research

• Also, it would enhance the researchers’ ability and to skill conduct further research and researcher
would again more experience.

1. What kinds of leadership style follow the organization?

2. How leaders motivate employees in decision making process?

3. What are the problems related to leadership that affect performance of employees?

4. What types of decision making for the leaders?
