Other details

The Mine Operator shall be responsible to observe, comply with and

perform, but not limited to the following: (a) manage, operate and
maintain Khandbandh Iron Ore Mine in accordance with this Agreement;
(b) excavate and raise Iron Ore for OMC under and in accordance with the
provisions of this Agreement; (c) ensure delivery of Iron Ore at the
Delivery Point designated by OMC; (d) transport of sub-grade to
designated yard; (e) transport of overburden to designated yard; (f)
receive payment from OMC in respect of the services rendered to OMC
subject to and in accordance with this Agreement (g) Stripping Ratio - 1 :
0.11 (as per Block Summary 2016).
