In February this year, we were trained by the Division to be QATAME and L&D associates in our school.
Part of our action plan is to do a roll-out of the same training in our school.

We wish to inform your good office that our School-based Capability Building Workshop for School’s
QATAME and L&D Associates will be held on _______________ at the TVL Building of Deogracias P.
Princesa Memorial High School.

Participants to this activity are selected teachers and non-teaching personnel as indicated on the attached
list. Budget proposed for this undertaking amounts to P1,000,000.00 as shown on the attached budget
