PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

GRC QC CHECKING CUM SITE ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES IN QUALITY:

 Preparing Method statement, Pre Qualification submittal and Technical submittal in

coordination with Operation Manager and Project Manager.
 Preparing Operation Maintenance manual as per consultant/client/contactor
requirement.
 Liaison with third party laboratory test as per QMS Standard and customer requirement.
 Monitoring the quality of the incoming raw material and performing the end product
inspection.
 Reviewing the inspection reports as per company procedure.
 Performing the required test as per the project requirements.
 Preparing and monitoring the QA/QC Plan and ITP implementation for the projects.
 Ensuring the work completed as per contract specification.
 Maintaining all records for ISO 9001:2008 audits.
 Conducting the internal audit as per Project Quality plan and company procedure.
 Maintaining the QA/QC document for all projects including certificates (TDS,
MSDS), calibration results and test results.
 Raising the NCR for any type of defective work under project specification.

PVT LTD. Quality Assurance Responsiblity for Machine components. From (Jan2015- Till date)

 QC Projects to Reduce the Line Rejection.
 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
