AGREEMENT FOR PAINTING SERVICES

THIS AGREEMENT is made on this the 3 day of January 2019 BETWEEN REVATHI
RESIDENCY situated at D.No5-92-39/9, III Lane Devapuram, Guntur – 522 002,
Andhra Pradesh, Represented by its Painting committee Shri K.Hanumantha Rao 302,
G.J.V.S.Sastry 203, R.Srinivasa Rao 401 (Hereinafter referred to as the OWNER) of
the one Part

AND

Sri JyothulaKishore, S/o Venkaiah Aged 36 years, whose Adhaar No is

868198988393 R/o KobaldPet, Guntur (hereinafter referred to as the Painter) of the
other Part.

THAT the Owner is the secretary of the REVTHY RESIDENCY FLAT OWNRS
WELFARE ASSOCIATION Society registered under A.P. Societies Act 35 of 2001 with
registered Number 362 situated in the above mentioned address has offered to give the
Painting work of the Building for a consideration and with such terms and conditions
as hereinafter stipulated and the Painter has agreed to perform the said painting work
of the building for the said consideration and the said conditions and hence this
agreement.
