Reflection Paper

The Case Study that took place Oct. 8, 2018 was accommodated by our group.
We managed our time efficiently in preparation for the event. We applied the concepts
of Project Management to help us in the event for example initiating, planning,
executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and
meet specific success criteria at the specified time. The primary challenge of project
management is to achieve all of the project goals within the given constraints.
As a result, the event was more or less successful because we were able to
accomplish the event given the limited amount of time and to incur less expenses. In
conclusion, Project Management is important because it ensures what is being
delivered, is right, and it reduces project costs by improving efficiency, mitigating risks,
and optimizing resources.
