CONTRACT FOR SERVICES

This agreement is made and entered into this 14th day of January, 2020 between Azzura
Group of Companies and Sherwin W. Jalon- Software Developer.

Now, therefore, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and
other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency is hereby acknowledged,
company and contractor hereby contract, covenant and agree as follows:

1. Sherwin W. Jalon hereby agrees to provide the following services:

Resort Management Operating System Software with Thermal Printer

2. Company and Contractor has agreed on the following rate:

Software and Thermal Printer 45,000.00Php

3. Such payment will be made under the following considerations:

 30% Upon signing of the contract

 50% Upon placement of system at actual site
 Remaining amount upon deployment of system at full functioning capacity

4. Contractor retains the right to delegate performance of work services and labor by
agreement or otherwise.
5. Contractor agrees it is not an employee of the company for any purpose whatsoever.
6. Contractor shall complete the work services or labor required under this agreement
in a workmanlike manner and shall keep all property of the company free and clear
of all liens and encumbrances.
7. This contract encompasses the entire agreement of the parties and there are no
other agreements, oral or written.
