1) Guidance on Farm Management and Technologies
JA provides guidance to individual members on agricultural production, e.g. technologies and
farm management, etc. for a more efficient farm operation, and to promote the organization,
the technology to develop and improve agriculture in the communities. Farm guides provide
advice on quality improvement and other aspects of production and marketing. Members, with
appropriate farm guidance, jointly use machinery and facilities, and purchase production
materials, to boost production of regional specialty products.
