Greetings!

I am Felyn Mae G. Yap, an instructor of Capiz State University Mambusao Satellite

College. I am aiming for professional development through research for I believe this
avenue will not only contribute to the success of my profession but also to my department
and to the university as a whole. Through the commendation of Prof. Rhodora Ticar, our
Campus Research Coordinator, one research of the Bachelor of Arts Department has been
accepted for presentation in the international conference hosted by the AIIAS
International Conference on Business, Education and Public Health on November 19-21,
2019.

In line with this, I am writing to ask permission to attend and present my research entitled
“Work Motivation of Non-Academic Staff of CAPSU: Its Relationship to their Job
Performance”. This research was already presented in campus and university research
symposium last 2018.
