ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
This activity was done few days before the opening of the semester. It was attended by new students
The programs focus is to enlighten the new students with the college’s goals, policies and plans.
Particularly with the retention policies, being familiar with the college officials, faculty members and
staff.
In addition to that this activity also reiterated the importance of the university’s Vision, Mission, the
college’s goals and its Quality policy in terms of reaching a common goal.
It also aimed to increase the awareness of students in terms of gender and development issues,
particularly sexual harassment. With that, Dr. Susan Tan had her short seminar on the said topic.
The participants were also enlightened about each of the faculty members’ profile, field of
A much needed kick-start and inspiration for the students were also given by our midwifery principal,
MMs. Jane A. Rona and Dr. Evelyn del Mundo as they gave their talks to the participants.
The new students were also let to roam around the college and be familiar with the structures and
the building plan. Together with it, the new students were able to locate comfort rooms, cafeterias
and the library which are deemed important as they go on their new journey.
