Sub: Mortgage of property in the name of ______________________________________

We understand that our landlord _____________________________________________ residing at

#_________________________________________________have been sanctioned certain credit
facilities by your good office against the security of mortgage of the subject property in which I/We
are executing tenant/ lessee.

The subject / part of the subject property /ies was/were let out to me / us on leave and license
basis/on tenant basis vide the leave and license agreement dated ________.and executed between
__________________________ & M/s ________________________. for a period of--------------
years

In this connection I/ We hereby agree, undertake and confirm that:

(1) The above- mentioned property is let out only on “leave and license” basis/lease under rental
basis,
(2) There is no compulsion, unless agreed mutually, towards the renewal of the current leave and
license agreement/lease agreement.
(3) None of my legal heirs have any right, claim of whatsoever nature through/under the leave and
license agreement/lease agreement or otherwise in respect of the property.
(4) In case MHFL needs to take possession of the property or enforce the mortgage in respect of the
property, I/we understand to vacate the same within the time stipulated in the notice sent by your
good office without any protest or demur.
(5) My/our undertaken and confirmation herein shall continue to be operative, in force and binding
on me/us to MHFL, successors and assignees of the landlord/lessor and also in the event of subject
property/ies is /are alienated to any third party.
