Notice regarding creation of NAD id to access academic documents in NAD

National Academic Depository (NAD) is a central database where academic records are uploaded
for easy access to all stakeholders. The vision of National Academic Depository (NAD) is born out
of an initiative to provide an online store house of all academic awards. National Academic
Depository (NAD) is a 24X7 online store house of all academic awards viz. certificates, diplomas,
degrees, mark-sheets etc. duly digitised and lodged by academic institutions / boards / eligibility
assessment bodies.

MAKUT, WB has been uploading examination certificates in the NAD database. To access the same
by different stakeholders, all certificates need to be linked with NAD id of the individual students.
To facilitate the same all students are advised to create NAD id and submit the same in their login
at makautexam.net.
The NAD id could be created through the website https://nad.ndml.in/ and through the link
https://nad.ndml.in/NAD/newStudentRegistrationScreen.html using their AADHAAR.

Please make sure to submit the NAD id to the University by the passout students of 2018-19
academic year within 26.12.2019. Other students may submit NAD id within 31.01.2020.
