Before me, the undersigned authority, personally came and appeared: Rontrell Renee Abrams, who after being
duly “affirmed” and not sworn, deposes as follow:

I, Rontrell Renee Abrams, being of sound mind, acknowledge and understand that any intentional falsification of
information I am about to provide shall subject me to penalties for perjury for the crime of injuring public records
and false authentication.

1. My legal name is Rontrell Renee Abrams and pursuant to Stephens v. Bradley and [Dred Scott v.
Sandford 60 U.S. 393 (1856)], I shall make a ‘special appearance’ in person and in lieu of my court date
scheduled for Friday December 13, 2019 in Broward County.
2. I reserve and preserve all my rights, prerogatives, etc. and such under the 13th amendment including but
not limited to the right to life, liberty, and property. See Exhibit A
3. Under threat of denial of due process and false imprisonment, I have retained assistance of co-counsel
(JAMES STEWART LEWIS, ESQ., Bar Number: 318957) to prevent my unlawful arrest and further
damage to my name as I have no prior arrests or criminal record to speak of.
4. In no way, shape, form or fashion does my enlistment of JAMES STEWART LEWIS, Esq. as co-counsel
nullify my inherent and inalienable claim of rights or the equal protections guaranteed thereof by the U.S.
Constitution and the state of Florida Constitution respectively. (See 13 Stat. 567; 13 Stat. 774 et seq.; See
also Exhibit A)
5. Upon information and belief, the state of Florida has not stated a claim upon which relief can be granted
with regard to its proceeding against myself.

Further affiant sayeth naught.
