Dear Mr./Ms._________________:

This pertains to our Contract of Lease with your company

notarized on _________. Provision No. 2 of the contract provides
that:

2. The building and all its permanent improvements introduced by

LESSEE which cannot be removed without causing harm or damage
thereto shall become the absolute property of LESSOR upon the
expiration of this Contract without any obligation on the part of
LESSOR to pay or reimburse LESSEE of its expenses and without
need of executing any other document and LESSEE shall then deliver
said building free from all liens and encumbrances whatsoever unto
LESSOR.

In view of the expiration of our Contract of Lease, we would

like to request a proper turn-over of the building and all its
permanent improvements in accordance with the said
provision of our contract. Likewise, we would like to request a
meeting with your representative to facilitate the orderly turn-
over and discuss matters pertaining to the condition of the
said property within fifteen (15) days from receipt of this letter.
