Patient : Good morning
Nurse : I’m nurse Syayekti/Alfiana/Kiki/Wahyu who have shift morning today. May I know
your name and date of birth?
Patient : I’m Syayekti/Alfiana/Kiki/Wahyu, born August 25th 1995 in Sydney, Australia
Nurse : Okay, may I looking to your bracelet identification? Oh yes with miss
Syayekti/Alfiana/Kiki/Wahyu who was born August 25th 1995 in Sydney, Australia. The
number is 12345678. How are you today? Have you ate your breakfast?
Patient : Not yet mam
Nurse : Did you have checked your blood sugar this morning?
Pasien : Yes I have, my blood sugar is 210
Nurse : Okay, now I will give you an insulin Novolin injection to you. So, your blood sugar
is not increasing even after eating. I will give you this injection around your tummy with
dosage 15 units. Are you okay with this procedure?
Patient : Yes of course
Nurse : Excuse me, may i lifted your clothes until your tummy?
Patient : Oh of course
Nurse : Okay, I will inject it now. That’s not hurt mam, so relax it.
Nurse : Okay finish. You can eating after 30 minutes mam.
Patient : Thank you mam
Nurse : Now I will back to the nurse station. If you want to have lunch, you can call me in
the nurse station or you can press the bell beside your bed.
Patient : Yes mam, thank you
Nurse : You are welcome. See you later then
