SUBJECT: ENHANCED DISTRICT SUMMER READING CAMP 2019

1. In compliance with Division Memorandum No. ____, s, 2019 re: Conduct of

the Enhanced Summer Reading Camp 2019, this District will conduct the
Enhanced Summer Reading Camp 2019 on April 22 – 26, 2019 at Abaga
Central Elementary School.
2. This year’s theme is “Fall in love with reading and explore the universe.”
3. A one day planning activity will be done in order to make a unified matrix of
activities which shall be used during the said program.
4. Each school shall send 2-3 learners which belong to frustration level.
5. A registration fee of Php 500.00 per school shall be collected to defray
expenses for certificates, reading materials, food and others incurred
during the program.
6. Each participant shall present a parents’ consent.
7. Principals who are in charge for each grade level will also be responsible for
the tent to be used as holding area for the pupils.
8. It is advised that participants shall be at the venue before 8:00 for the
registration.
9. It is also further advised that each school will bring laptop and printer.
10. A total of six (6) days service credits shall be given to the teachers who will
participate in the planning and implementation of the week-long activities.
