Nurse : Good morning miss

Patient : Good morning nurse

Nurse : My i now your name please?

Patient : my name is ajeng nurse

Nurse : Ok, i'am nurse Nadha i'am on job in this morning

Patient : yes nurse nadha

Nurse : miss ajeng , i'am going to check your body temperature. Are you ready?

Patient : sure

Nurse : would you please be able to put of your jacket by your self?

Patient : yes nurse

Nurse : can you open your armpit a litle, i want to put thermometer to your armpit.

Wait for some minute

Patient : yes nurse

Nurse : done. Your body temperature is 38°C

Patient : what is the meaning of nurse?

Nurse : your body temperature is up to normal. Maybe this is the reason you must to

take a rest for well.

Patient : ok nurse

Nurse : how is your feeling now

Patient : i fell cold and i'am still dizzy nurse

Nurse : i want to give a warm compress to lower fever. Are you ready?
Patient :yes sure nurse

Nurse : done. I will report this to your doctor. If you need any help you can call me ok

Patient : ok nurse thank you very much
