ABSTRACT

Research and analysis of the client's goals and requirements, and development of
documents, drawings and diagrams that outline those needs. Formulation of
preliminary space plans and two or three dimensional design concept and studies and
sketches that integrate the client's program needs and are based on knowledge of
the principles of architectural design.

Design are created in response to and coordinated with the building shell and
acknowledge the physical location and social context of the of the project. Design
must adhere to code and regulatory requirements, and encourage the principles of
environmental sustainability. In which creative and technical solutions are applied
within a structure to achieve it's function and enhance the quality of life and
culture of the users and are aesthetically attractive.

PROBLEM

Sports and leisure facilities such as clubhouses and pavilions should provide an
aspirational environment. That's why Mrs. Reyes owner of a subdivisions wants to
have a designer�s prescription about a conceptual plan to clearly understand a
visual presentation consisting of plans and elevations, details and specifications
to illustrate a space planning of clubhouse layouts. The design of a clubhouse and
its facilities is probably the most complex component of the development, It is
essential that careful planning and professional advice be employed for this task.
With this, an Architect is tasked to come up with a design solution to meet the
needs by giving convenience and comfort to the users or occupants to help them
achieve their wondrous adventure & aspirations.

PURPOSE

The goal or main purpose of this report is to propose a space plans and design
concepts are safe, functional and aesthetically appropriate to meet the users
health, safety and welfare requirements, including code, accessibility,
environmental and sustainability guidelines to whereby the needs and resources of
the clients are satisfied by considering it�s objective (purpose), function,
economics, sociocultural factors, and aesthetics that fulfills the project goals.
