 The Student Council Nomination Form

GUIDELINES

1. The candidates must strictly adhere to the following guidelines. Any change in the
nomination procedure may result in the nomination being declared null and
void.
2. Nomination Forms must be submitted before 1.00 PM on 03rd January, 2019
(Friday). Forms that are submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
3. Separate form must be submitted for every post that is being applied for. (Eg. In
case of applying for 3 posts, 3 nomination papers have to be filled and submitted.)
4. The Nomination Forms must be submitted only to the General Secretary.
5. Once submitted, the candidate cannot edit or re-submit the form.
6. The candidate must satisfy the eligibility criteria for acceptance of the Nomination
Form.
7. School certificates obtained between 8th to 12th standard will only be accepted.
8. Points will be credited to the particular criteria only when the photocopy of
relevant certificates are submitted.
9. Photocopies of all certificates must be numbered and arranged in same
sequence as of the questions asked.
10. Original certificates must be submitted later for verification.
11. Withdrawal of nomination must be given in writing within 24 hours after
the last date of submission.
12. All nomination forms will be thoroughly scrutinised. If any unauthorised
changes are made to the original content of the form (questions, rules,
signature, eligibility criteria or credit points), the erring candidate will
become liable for immediate disqualification and will be subjected to
enquiry by administration with strict consequences.
13. The decision taken by the selection committee is final.
