Instructions on the Day of Interview

1. Proceed to the Office of Admissions (now located at the 1 st Floor, Administration Bldg).
2. Present your Official Receipt to the staff of the Admissions Office.
a. You will be given a Questionnaire, which you need to answer.
b. Present also the Printed Copy of the Interview Slip. You will be given the assigned
Room for Interview.
3. Following the Campus Map, proceed to the assigned Room for Interview.
4. Present the Interview Slip to the staff at the Room for Interview.
5. Wait be called by the Faculty Interviewer when your turn comes.
6. Hand over your completed Questionnaire to the Faculty Interviewer.
7. At the end of the Interview, the Interview Slip will be returned to you, signed by the
Faculty Interviewer. Return the signed Interview Slip to the Office of Admissions.
