Proficient Honors- Art 3

Students will expand skills using many different media and techniques acquired in previous classes
and they will apply complex concepts and personal expression. Each project is identified with a
problem and they must find a solution through multiple compositional sketches and planning of
ideas. Upon completion of their sketches they will move onto their final piece of work. At the end of
each project a class critique will be used to evaluate and discuss each artist’s work. Art History,
technology and other disciplines will be incorporated as they apply to each project.
