ORDER:-
ln the reference 4th read above, the Director of Municipat Administration,
Telangana, Hyderabad has stated that, the Commissioner, Nizampet Municipality
has submitted a proposal for division of Nizampet Municipatity into thirty.three
(33) wards after fottowing the due procedure as prescribed in G.O. 3'o read
above. She has requested to issue finat notification.

2. After careful examination of the matter, Government have decided to

issue final notification of division of Nizampet Municipality into thirty three (33)
wards.

3. The foltowing Notification witt be pubtished in an Extra-Ordinary lssue of

the Tetangana Gazette.

NOTIFICATION

ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 10 of the

Tetangana Mun'icipalities Act, 1965 read with Telangana Municipalities (Division
of Municipatities into wards) Rutes, 2019, issued in G.O.Ms.No.78, Municipat
Administration and Urban Development (M,A) Department, dated 29.06.2019, the
Governor of Tetangana hereby notify the division of Nizampet Municipatity into
thirty three (33) wards as described in the Annexure appended to the
notification with immediate effect.
