Wondershare Quiz Creator Walkthrough

Installation Process:
Step 1 – Open the folder OER installer. Search the file named Wondershare Quizcreator and click it to start the
installation.

Step 2 – A Setup box will appear, Click Next to continue. select I Accept the Agreement then click Next.
Selecting a location for your files will appear, however just continue to click Next.
check the tasks: Create a Desktop icon and For all users, then proceed to clicking Next.
Click Install to continue the installation.
After the installation of files, click Next.
Setup has finished installing Wondershare quizcreator, uncheck the Launching of program. Click Finish to exit.

Step 3 – Make sure you are connected to the Internet.


Open the wondershare quiz icon ( blue with square icon) on your desktop. A popup box will appear saying “Do
you want to allow this app to make changes to your PC?” Click Yes.
A Wondershare quizcreator start menu will appear. Then close it.

Registration Process:
Step 4– Again, Open the wondershare quiz icon ( blue with square icon) on your desktop. . A popup box will appear
saying “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your PC?” Click Yes.
A popup box will appear saying that you are Unregistered.

Step 5 – Remove your Internet Connection.


Open the folder OER Installer, find the text document keysssss and open it.
Copy the email and paste it on the Wondershare quizcreator licensed e-mail.
Choose 1 key to Copy and paste on the Wondershare quizcreator Registration code.
Click Register and a popup box will appear “Register Successfully!”, click OK
Do NOT use internet connection when using Wondershare quiz creator.
Always remember to SAVE your work.

Settings: Quiz Properties


Step 6 – Open the wondershare quiz icon ( blue with square icon) on your desktop. A popup box will appear saying “Do
you want to allow this app to make changes to your PC?” Click Yes.
A Wondershare quizcreator start menu will appear. Click "Create a New Quiz" to enter the question editing
interface. From here you can see the preset 9 question types, True/False, Multiple choices, Fill in the Blank,
Matching, etc.

Step 7 – Click the Quiz Properties. Click on the Quiz Information to Change the Quiz Title, Author, etc. if done, just click
OK.
Click on Quiz Settings (if you want) to change the Passing rate, Time limit, Randomization, and Answer
Submission. If done, just click OK.
Click on Quiz Result (if you want) to change the Feedback, Quiz Statistics, and Finish Button. If done, just click
OK.
Click on Quiz Settings (if you want) to change the Question Properties, Font Properties and Feedback. If done,
just click OK.
Click on Others (if you want) to Add a Password Protection, Domain Limit Online Access, and Page Meta. If
done, just click OK.

Settings: Player Template


Step 8 – To change the Theme and Background, Click on Player Template a popup box will appear.
There are 4 bars shown;
1. File – where you can Save.
2. Theme- where you can choose different designs for your questions.
3. Page Setup- where you can change the Background, colors of toolbar, panel, and Highlight.
4. Effects – where you can Add Sounds on the Quiz and Label the default texts.
To Exit, just click on Save & Close or click on the X icon on the upper right corner of the box.

Publish: Preview & Publish


This is where you will Preview your created Quiz. And Publish your quiz when you’re done.

Results: Manage Results


This is where you will submit your created Quiz online. And Manage the Email results.

Create Quiz: TRUE or FALSE


Step 1 – Click on the Question bar and choose True or False option. Or double click on the True or False option on the
Left side Panel.

Step 2 – Enter your question, mark the correct answer between True or False.
Just like Microsoft Word you can change the Font style and size, and color of the text.
You may also Add Note, Sounds, Image, and Movie on your Question.
On the Set Feedback and Points, you can change the text, color, size, and you can add Image and sound/ text
to speech too.

Step 3 – If your Done, just click on the Save icon on the upper left. And click OK or New Question if you want to
continue adding more True or False questions.

Create Quiz: Multiple Choice


Step 1 – Select Multiple Choice in the New Question list and you can edit the question in the Question Editing window.
Enter question in the question text field with the powerful editing features, you can easily insert text, images,
equations, hyperlinks and edit fonts in the question in the text field. And you can insert some hidden notes as
the extra instruction for this question.
Enter the choices in the Choices text field and mark the correct answer in the correct column.

Step 2- If your Done, just click on the Save icon on the upper left. And click OK or New Question if you want to continue
adding more Multiple choice questions.

Create Quiz: Multiple Response


Step 1 – Select Multiple Choice in the New Question list and you can edit the question in the Question Editing window.
Enter question in the question text field.
Enter the choices in the Choices text field and mark the correct ANSWERS in the correct column.

Step 2- If your Done, just click on the Save icon on the upper left. And click OK or New Question if you want to continue
adding more Multiple Response questions.

Create Quiz: Fill in the Blanks


Step 1 – Select Fill in the Blanks in the New Question list and you can edit the question in the Question Editing window.
Enter question in the question text field.
Enter the possible answers in the Choices text field.

Step 2- If your Done, just click on the Save icon on the upper left. And click OK or New Question if you want to continue
adding more Fill in the Blanks questions.
Create Quiz: Matching
Step 1 – Select Matching in the New Question list and you can edit the question in the Question Editing window.
Enter question in the question text field.
Enter the answer with their correct match.

Step 2- If your Done, just click on the Save icon on the upper left. And click OK or New Question if you want to continue
adding more Matching questions.

Create Quiz: Sequence


Step 1 – Select Sequence in the New Question list and you can edit the question in the Question Editing window.
Enter question in the question text field.
Enter the answer in correct order.

Step 2- If your Done, just click on the Save icon on the upper left. And click OK or New Question if you want to continue
adding more Sequence questions.

Create Quiz: Word Bank


Step 1 – Select Word Bank in the New Question list and you can edit the question in the Question Editing window.
Enter question in the question text field. Same as Matching you need to enter the answer with their correct
match.

Step 2- If your Done, just click on the Save icon on the upper left. And click OK or New Question if you want to continue
adding more Word Bank questions.

Create Quiz: Click Map


Step 1 – Select Click Map in the New Question list and you can edit the question in the Question Editing window.
Enter question in the question text field.
Import an image. Once imported, use the Polygon, Square, Circle tool to select the correct object/answer on
your Image. Once Selected, a shaded color will appear.
The number of hotspots must have the same number of your correct answers.

Step 2- If your Done, just click on the Save icon on the upper left. And click OK or New Question if you want to continue
adding more Click Map questions.

Publishing
If the preview of the quiz is satisfied, you can go to publish the quiz. The output quizzes and surveys can be exported
with following options:

1. Publish quizzes to QuizCreator Online. And the questions can also be uploaded to the online Question Pool
comes with QuizCreator Online for generating quizzes online. QuizCreator Online will collect the results and
generate detailed reports for the quizzes.
2. Upload the published Flash quizzes to Web. In this way, you can collect results with a specified email.
3. Generate SCORM quiz package for LMS. Integrate SCORM/AICC quiz package with any LMS like Moodle,
BlackBoard, SharePoint or WebCT (Not available for QuizCreator Free).
4. Produce a stand-alone EXE for CD delivery.
5. Export as Word or Excel file for paper-based testing.
