NOTICE OF DISHONOR

Dear Mr. Abuan:

My client, Ms. FAYE LUDAN, has referred to my office your

past due account pertaining to your personal loan amounting
to P150,000.00 which was obtained last November 10, 2019
with monthly amortization of P30,000.00 to be paid every
15th day of the month starting December 15, 2019. I would like
to notify you that your personal checks through Eastwest
Bank Solano being issued as payment has been dishonored
due to the following reasons:

1. Eastwest Bank, Check No. 00001112 and 00001113,

both with the amount of Thirty Thousand Pesos
(P30,000.00), dated January 15, 2020 and February 15,
2020 respectively, in favor of Faye Ludan were Drawn
Against Insufficient Fund;

2. Eastwest Bank, Check No. 00001114 and 00001115,

both with the amount of Thirty Thousand Pesos
(P30,000.00), dated March 15, 2020 and April 15, 2020
respectively, in favor of Faye Ludan due to Closed
Account;

Final demand to settle your obligations within FIVE (5)

days from receipt hereof. Otherwise, much to my regret, my
client shall have no other choice but to file her contemplated
legal action(s) against you in order to protect her best
interests. Your preferential attention on this matter will be
deeply appreciated. Thank you.
