AFFIDAVIT OF OWNERSHIP

I, ENRIQUE APITA, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. San Miguel, San
Julian, eastern Samar, after having been sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose
and state:

1. That I am the owner of certain Agricultural land located at Pongtod St. Brgy.
San Miguel, San Julian, Eastern Samar with an area of 56-86 under ARP No.
11-200016-00129;

2. That the land is actually owned, possessed and occupied by ENRIQUE APITA
and his heirs and that there is no other claimant of the said land;

3. I categorically declare under oath that ENRIQUE APITA is the absolute owner of the
Agricultural land particularly described as follows:

“An agricultural land located at Pongtod,

St. Brgy. San Miguel, San Julian, Eastern
Samar, declared under the name of
ENRIQUE APITA with a total area of
56-86 and bounded as follows: On the
North by Pedro Baldenero T. Cantos; On
the East by Pongtod brook; On the South
by Creek; and on the West by Facundo
Apita.’;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for
whatever lawful purpose that it may serve.
