Dear Mr Soares,

Please accept this as notification of receipt for your application for accommodation.

Please read the information below which outlines how your application will be processed.

If you have any questions regarding our accommodation, or the allocation process please visit our web pages:

http://www.cranfield.ac.uk/study/studying-at-cranfield/life-at-cranfield/accommodation/

New Students – October entry

We begin sending offers of accommodation in April and continue throughout the summer until all of the rooms are booked. Applications are processed in the order
they are received.

We aim to contact all applicants by mid August; both successful and unsuccessful applications.

New Students – March entry

We begin to consider applications in January in the order the applications have been received.

We aim to contact all applicants by mid February; both successful and unsuccessful applications.

New Students - entry at any other time of the year

If you will be a visiting student/ or a PhD student and you are arriving at a time other than October or March, we will consider your application approximately 3-4
weeks before you are due to arrive. If we are unable to offer you on campus accommodation we will contact you.

Current Students

If you have already enrolled on your course at the time of your application for on campus accommodation, you are considered to be a current student.

To help us assist you it is important that we know the date of when you require accommodation. If you have a contract with a private landlord it is helpful for you tell
us the notice period required before you break the contract. If you are unsure, you may bring the contract to the Accommodation Office and we will be happy to
check for you.

We look forward to contacting you in due course.

Yours sincerely,
