REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I JOHN PADOLINA, of legal age, married and a bonafide resident of Cajel, Diffun,
Quirino for and in consideration of the sum of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P
300,000.00) Philippine Currency, received from JOSE D. LOÑEZ and RENIEL LACISTE both of
legal age, Filipino citizens and residents of Rizal, Diffun, Quirino, do hereby mortgage unto said
JOSE D. LOÑEZ and RENIEL LACISTE their heirs and assigns a certain parcel of land situated at
Cajel, Diffun, Quirino and more particularly described as follows:

“ AN AGRICULTURAL LAND ADJACENT LOCATED AT CAJEL, DIFFUN, QUIRINO

CONTAINING AN AREA OF MORE OR LESS ONE HECTARES.”

of which property in the name of my mother as evidenced by Certificate of Title issued by the
Registry of Deeds of Quirino. That I am given full authority by my mother to enter into the
transaction of this mortgage. That after the lapse of 2 years I shall pay or cause to be paid to
said mortgagees the aforementioned amount of (P 300,000.00) from this date, then this
mortgage shall thereby be discharged, otherwise it shall in full force and be enforceable in the
manner of law.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands at Diffun, Quirino on this 21 st
day of May 2019.
