introduce you to the hotel, our services and bringing you our tariff 2018-2019 as well as the
policies of the hotel. The "Qantu hotel" is a 3 star hotel located in the Illampu Street N ° 740 in
the heart of Central area and a short walk from the old quarter of the city; AREA highly
FREQUENTED by national and international tourists, the Hotel Qantu is located literaly a few
steps from the main tourist attractions of the city such as: "WITCHES MARKET" (2-minute walk
from the Hotel), "RED LINE CABLE CAR" (8-minute walk from the hotel). Which is the most
important line of 8 lines of cable car that exists in peace since it is connected not only with the
city of el Alto (4200 m). But also with 6 of the 8 lines. In a nutshell with this line you can cross
the entire city of peace and reach the VIEWPOINT TO HIGHER ALTITUDES IN THE WORLD".

subject to change due to a variation in the rate of the dollar.

ROOMS DESCRIPTION

All rooms have private-Box bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV cable (screen flat of 32 inches, desk,
telephone, closet, heating and safe, comfortable and spacious beds, feather pillows, cotton
sheets.

At the hotel smoking is not permittted both rooms and common areas, so there is only third
and ninth floor (terrace) for smokers.

GENERAL POLICIES
INCOME SCHEDULE (CHECK IN)

The income schedule time is at 14:00. Strictly depending on availability, it is possible to


consider an Early check in from 06:00 by adding 50% of the rate for one night. In the event
that passengers arrive early in the morning you must book and pay the night before, to
ensure the entry of the guest to his room at the time of your arrival.

DEPARTURE SCHEDULE (CHECK OUT)

The check out time is at 11:00. Where the guest want to exit past this time (strictly depending
of availability), applies 50% overnight rate up to 18:00 hrs. Pass this time there will be an
additional full night charge.

CHILD POLICY
Children under 3 can share room with parents free of charge.
Children between 5 and 11 years, can share the room with their parents and is charging only
the additional charge for extra breakfast.
Children older than 11 years are considered as adults. There are no extra beds.

PET POLICY

No pets are allowed in any of the hotel's areas.

All booking is confirmed, changes and cancels in writing via e-mail
Requests will be answered only by the persons responsible for the Reservations Department
and by the above means, that will be valid in the event of claims.

FITS RESERVATION (from 1 to 6 persons)

Return the list of passengers 3 days prior to arrival. The information must contain the time
of arrival and departure from the hotel.

GROUPS RESERVATIONS (of 7 more people)

In the case of groups, must send the list of passengers preliminary Group 4 weeks before the
date of arrival, and the official list 2 weeks earlier. For reservations for larger groups 15
passengers a single room for the tour driver is released or guide.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS FITS (for 1 to 6 people)

The payment must be done 1 week before the arrival of the guests to the hotel and the
receipt should be sent to our email. In case of not having the deposit or transfer by the
deadline the booking will be not taken into account, and claims will not be accepted.

GROUPS (of 7 more people)

the payment of 50% of the booking must be 30 days before the arrival of the guests to the
hotel. And the total must be paid 2 weeks before the arrival of the guests to the hotel. And
the proof must be sent to our e-mail address. In case of not having the deposit or transfer by
the deadline the booking will be not taken into account, and claims will not be accepted.

CANCELATION POLICY
CANCELATION OF FITS RESERVATIONS
All cancellation must be in writing:
• Up to a maximum of 48 hours before the arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
• Less than 24 hours before the guest's arrival, will load 100% of the first night reserved
rooms.

CANCELATION OF GROUPS RESERVATIONS

All cancellation or modification should be carried out in writing:

• From 31 to 45 days before the arrival of the group, the cancellation will not have any
type of penalty.
• From 30 days until 48 hours before arrival of the group, 70% is charged for the total
of nights and rooms booked
• The cancellation of booking less than 48 hours before arrival of the group, is loaded
100% by the total number of nights and room reserved
• If the cancellation the booking is done in deadlines, the effected deposit will be
sheltered for the payment of another reservation. In the case of cancellations at the
wrong time, will not be refunded.

BILLING

All reservation requests must contain data for their respective billing:

Name of the company and NIT/RUC. Which will increase the cost of 13% of rates expressed
above where you need your billing.

Invoices are issued the day that ends the service. They can be picked up at our offices. All
claims for billing wishing to carry out must be submitted up to the 2 month expired fulfilled
the term not accepted claims.
