Statement of the Problem

 This research aims to determine the disciplinary action of the management towards the
drivers. Specifically, seeks to answer the question:
 What are the disciplinary action to be given?

Objectives
 To know the disciplinary actions given to the drivers
 To know if the data help the manager to improve drivers performances

Alternative courses of Action

 If the drivers forget to take a signature he/she must take photos for evidence upon
delivering the product/ goods to the costumers.
 Closely monitor the drivers
 Feedback of the costumers upon receiving the delivered products/goods

Recommendation
 This research recommends to attend drivers in any certified seminars on what is the
background of their work, on how to do they work, and what’s the reason behind their
work. And also properly train them on how to deliver the product so that they can provide
costumers satisfaction.
