Greetings in the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ!

Part of improvement of the Lanting Region National High School is the infrastructure
developments to cater the learning environment needs of our students.

Another milestone in the school is the construction of classroom buildings by the Local
Government Unit. Regarding this matter the school needs a buildable space for its completion.

In this connection, may we request to allow us to cut the three (3) Mahogany trees at the front
left side of the school (behind Lanting Elementary School gymnasium) to clear the space to
the construction of the new tentative classrooms for Grades 11 and 12.

We believe that your support enlivens the enhancement of learning in our school, thus, we
anticipate for you approval on this matter.
