1. Agueda Kahabagan
- Tagalog Joan of Arc. The first and only woman general in the Armed Forces of the
Katipunan – “Henerala Agueda”.

2. Patrocinio Gamboa y Villareal


- Heroine of Jaro. She secretly read the works of propagandists such as Jose Rizal and
Graciano Lopez Jaena. She joined the revolutionary army to raise funds and heal
wounded soldiers as a Red Cross nurse. “Tia Patron”.

3. Gregoria Montoya y Patricio


- Born is Cavite was the lesser known heroine in the Battle of Calero Bridge in Dalahican,
Cavite.

4. Lourdes Evangelista-Castro
- Was one of only two Filipina WWII US Veterans. A pharmacy graduate from UST, part
of the Medical Corps and member pf guerrilla forces and Philippine Commonwealth
Army. Advocate of the Filipino Veterans Equity Compensation Act (FVEC) – Feb. 2009.

5. Trinidad Tecson
- Mother of Biak-na-Bato. Mother of the Philippine Red Cross.

6. Teresa Magbanua
- Joan of Arc of the Visayas
