 Appraisal on Machineries, Motor Vehicles and Equipments

- Inspects physical condition of the asset
- Checks model, serial number, motor number, and other identifying marks
against invoice, official receipts and other documents
- Provides unit/ equipment history as needed
- Compute units value based on the widely acceptable approach such as
Market Approach and Cost Approach
 Appraisal on Real Property
- Proper pinpointing or identification of real property thru tax mapping,
Cadastral Map, Location Map and neighborhood checking
- Check the actual improvements upon site inspection taking to
consideration the age and cost of reproduction
- Check the fair market value of the property thru Brokers/ Agents, Other
Bank Appraisers and ads listing
- Prepare detailed appraisal report applying the principles such as market,
cost and income capitalization
Conducts and prepares ocular inspection report on leased assets:

 Inspects physical condition of leased asset

 Properly identify asset based on it’s micro and macro identity
 Affixed company property stickers on leased asset
Review and validate reports prepared by CI/ Appraisers and third party appraisal
companies
Review of request of marketing personnel and dissemination of assignments of CI
