1 Brief
Triton quality consultancies (Triton) is pleased to share this proposal with “Arco Interiors”, for Mobile
Crane installation and rental at their site in Abu Dhabi

Arco Interiors, also referred as “Arco”, is looking for preferred partner to for Portable Cabins in their new
site in Abu Dhabi. This proposal includes scope of required work and associated financials. Triton will
commence the work on Arco’s approval of proposal and financials.

Triton works as integrator in the market to assure fulfillment of all required services for its customers with
its extended reach and by assuring to offer authorized, certified equipment testing on regular frequency.

It is our pleasure to offer our services for the engagement.

This information in this document is confidential, and the reader is bound to treat it as confidential in
accordance to the local laws.

On the agreement & approval of proposal, “Arco Interiors” may duplicate, use or disclose the data with
appropriate associates within the organization.

2.2 Excluded Items/Services

Following services are not covered in the proposal,

Civil foundation works

External connections such as electrical, water, drainage, sewage, etc.
All Governments and Municipal approvals and clearances, custom and border
charges, airport and seaport passes are excluded.
Fire/safety protection devices are excluded.

2.3 Assumption
We presume that the site is accessible by normal road trailer. Extra charges incurred due to
inaccessibility of site/road will be charged to you in actual.

2.4 Execution process

Triton will follow below execution process for this engagement,

Triton is submitting first draft of proposal for Arco’s review

On first level of approval from Arco, Triton will engage the Engineer to visit the site to
finalize calculations for the lifting plan
At the same time/ day Triton will also bring the crane to demonstrate required lifting
under the plan
Triton’s Engineer will make required adjustments to the plan, according to demo lifting
Triton will submit final commercial proposal for Arco’s review
Arco will issue the LPO

 Triton will engage required crane and human resource to perform required duties
Triton’s consultant will take required signoff from Arco site
Triton will submit associated invoices and Arco will make to the payment in favor of
Triton

final site visit and Arco’s approval on submitted proposal.

Method of Statement:

1. Park Crane near to entrance (at 40 meter of working radius) with full extension of our rigger illustrated in picture
check for safe movement of boom.

2. Working area and turn table area must be barricaded.

doom.
10. Hook slow up one it tight leve load then move load to right. By giving right signal

11. Then boom down and hook up

12. Identfy location to land load once load close to ground level park it slowllly at safe place.
13. Repeat process.
