With due respect, it is to say that, I, Axel L. Amorin, am student of BSCE – 1C can’t
attend your class due to the reason of going to the Orientation and Notice of Award in CHED
Regional Office 3 – Pampanga. I qualified in the scholarship and to assure my slot I must go to
the said time and date for which is October 26, 2019 at 1:30 to 4:00 pm.
