Financial managers are responsible for the financial health of an organization. They
produce financial reports, direct investment activities, and develop strategies and plans for the long-
term financial goals of their organization.

Human resource management is the strategic approach to the effective management of people in a
company or organization such that they help their business gain a competitive advantage. It is designed
to maximize employee performance in service of an employer's strategic objectives.

A marketing manager is someone who manages the marketing of a business or product. They can be
responsible for several services or products, or be in charge of a single product. A marketing
manager needs to have an outgoing, gregarious, and spontaneous nature.
Production team
The production and planning department will set standards and targets for each section of the
production process.

Network team.
Network engineers are responsible for implementing, maintaining, supporting, developing and, in some
cases, designing communication networks within an organisation or between organisations.

Identify line and staff Managers


Production Manager is the line manager, the rest are staff managers.
Basic function of Production Manager is to manage how many units should be produced with analyses of
demand and supply.

Issues or challenges faced

Tata Motors follows the concept of conducting the exit interviews before the exit of the employee, due to
which they don’t get the required feedback to reduce the employee turnover ratio.
