The climatic change affects every country in the continents, producing a negative impact in

they economy, people's life and communities. In a future the consequences may be worst but
in the actuality there are many solutions so the countries can have an economic activity more
sustainable and more respectful with the environment. The change of attitudes is accelerated
at the same time more people start using renewable energy and other solutions to reduce the
emission and increase the adaptation efforts. Anyway, the climatic change is a global bet that
doesn’t respect national frontiers. It is a problem that requires that the international
community works in harmony so the countries in development can go forward with an
economy low in carbon.

In this work it is developed a protocol of environment gestion made by international

organizations, in different stages, being A for field research and B for protocol elaboration, all
in different levels of age between: 7 and 11 years old, 11 and 16 years old, 16 and 21 years old.
The object was accomplished implementing a program, based on the creation of an
environmental job in the school E.B Juan dr Avila, indicated in La Urbanización San Jacinto
