CEA danggay skwela is an extention program of the department of College of Engineering and

Architecture which aims to build and renovate, to enrich and enhance what is needed to be of a
particular school. Danggay skwela is not only aiming for enhancement of a school but also aims
to build up the leadership and team work of a member and a group who participated in this
program. Upon joining this program, I've experienced how to perform some part of the
construction process which i applied my learnings during my on job training (OJT). It is good to
have these background knowledge to perform the activities, it helps us to be more productive
and progressive but even if we know what to do if the manpower is insufficient we are less
productive and progressive. This kind of program needs a numerous participants. I've enjoyed
collaborating with others who have also background in construction and while we are working,
we are learning from each other by sharing our experiences and knowledge about constructing.
I've learned different techniques in performing some part of the construction process and in the
future we can be able to think about the improvements of this techniques. This program is not
that easy, it needs more on physical abilities that your body should be in a good condition,
mental abilities which is we should be more innovative to decrease the hardness of the work.
Through hard work and dedication, we are able to finish our projects with a good outcome.
