I like to eat meat, potatoes, fruit and seafood. . I don't like to eat a lot of snacks and fast food.

I try
not to eat high fat food.
When I wake up usually breakfast bread, juice,cereal and coffee. I'm not very hungry in the
morning. For lunch I like to eat rice with meat or cheese. With this I like to accompany salad with
lettuce, beans and tomatoes. During lunch I drink juice or tea. I have a juice for breakfast and luch
every day.For dinner I like bread with butter and tea but usually also I like some rice with peas
