be use by your respective supervisors to evaluate your performance
and other job factors.

-The rubric for ojt practicum final written report and rubric for
ojt practicum weekly report will be use by the ojt coordinator to
evaluate your final requirement. you should submit your final written
report on the second week of march.(mr. cayabyab or mr. nicolas)
