SP ORDINANCE NO. 5154-2017 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SP ORDINANCE NO. 5129- 2016 (2017 ANNUAL BUDGET — GENERAL FUND), PARTICULARLY BY ADDING A SCOPE DEFINITION FOR THE ISDAP (INTEGRATED SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM) STATED UNDER SECTION 3 (1) (1) (A), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES Be it ordained by the Honorable SangguniangPanlungsod in session assembled and by authority of the same that: SECTION 1. The Budgetary Item, ISDAP, stated under SECTION 3. USES OF FUNDS, I. REGULAR OFFICE OPERATIONS AND SPECIAL PURPOSE, 1. OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR, A. GENERAL PUBLIC SERVICES of SP ORDINANCE NO. 5129- 2016 (2017 Annual Budget — General Fund) is hereby amended by adding and inserting thereunder a scope definition therefor, to read as follows: Page two SP Ord, No. 5154-2017, cont'd ISDAP This Program is intended for the extension of all types of medical assistances, burial assistance, and transportation assistance. This also covers assistances extended to barangays and schools for their respective programs, projects and activities, particularly the following with stipulated limitations as to the amounts to be granted per activity, to wit: 1. Construction projects -PhP 2,000.00 2. School supplies - 1,000.00 (Bags, notebooks, papers, pencils, ete.) 3. Miscellaneous assistances (Fuel and oil, etc.) ~ 1,000.00 SECTION 2. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE. Should any provision of this Ordinance be declared unconstitutional by any competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and legal. SECTION 3. REPEALING CLAUSE. Any other ordinances, rules and regulations, and executive issuances found inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. SECTION 4, EFFECTIVITY.
