DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, ARTEMIO ATIGA, of legal age, Filipino, married to Emelia Magtuba, resident and
with a postal address at Baldios, Santa Ignacia, Tarlac, Philippines, for and in consideration of the
sum of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P30,000.00) Philippine Currency, receipt of which
is in full is hereby these acknowledged from JEPRE C. ATIGA, of legal age, Filipino, married to
Amella Apostol, resident and with a postal address at Baldios, Santa Ignacia, Tarlac, Philippines do
hereby sell, cede, transfer and convey by way of Absolute Sale unto and in favor of said JEPRE C.
ATIGA, his heirs, assigns, executors and administrators, of undivided one-half portion of SEVEN
HUNDRED (700) square meters of a parcel of land, more particularly described as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 435977

“A parcel of land (Lot No. C-2 of the subdivision plan Psd-03-167904, being a portion of Lot
C Psd-03-076864 LRC Rec. No. ), situated in the Barrio of Nambalan (now Baldios), Municipality
of Santa Ignacia, Province of Tarlac, Island of Luzon…. Containing an area of ONE THOUAND
FOUR HUNDRED (1,400) square meters more or less.”

That the VENDOR are the absolute owners of the above-mentioned properties which
ownership shall be transferred to the VENDEE the moment of the execution of this instrument, free
from all liens and encumbrances. That the provision of the Land Reform on Pre-emption and
Redemption have been observed with in the execution of this Deed.

same person/s who executed the foregoing instrument and that the same person is his/her own free
and voluntary act and deed.

This Deed of Absolute Sale consisting the ONE(1) page including this page signed by the
parties as well as their instrumental witnesses on each and every page hereof.

Received the amount of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P30,000.00), Philippine
