PROCEDURE :

1.Dry Sugar fine in tray dryer at 1000C until L.O.D reaches NMT 1%.
2. Sift Amoxicillin 24# and all remaining ingredients through (40#).
3. Take Amoxicillin , aerosil and half the qty. of sugar fine add to blender, Mix for
15 mins.
4. After this take sodium citrate ,xanthan gum, sodium saccharine,sodium
benzoate &citric acid anhydrous & mix all these material in adilution method with
sugar fine till total weight is 10 kg.continue mixing for 5 min in a polybag.Now add
these material to blender.
5.Mix Flavour & color with sugar fine by dilution method.Flavpour & colour
should be properly diluted so that the colour become even on sugar. Once the
diluted quantity of 5 kg achieved in a polybag mix for 5min and add to blender.
6. At last add remaining sugar fine & aerosol in to the blender and rotate it for 45
mins.
7. After 45 mins first check the ph of blend before withdrawing it.
