General Terms and Conditions

At all times during the booking process, you have to ensure accuracy of your booking details (name of guest, stay dates, room types, room
rates, number of guest(s), Add-Ons). Our resort will not be responsible or liable for errors in bookings.
The available payment options are displayed during the booking process. Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking
Confirmation will be issued in respect of each room booked and sent to the email address provided upon making reservation.
All requests made are subject to availability upon arrival. Extension of room reservation and assignment of rooms shall be at the discretion of
our booking office dependent on availability.
All rates are quoted in local (Philippine Peso) currency. Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change
without prior notice. Also, terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
Booking Confirmation(s) must be presented upon check-in at the Resort, together with your original valid photo identification document.

Bookings
For cottage rooms, maximum capacity is six persons for double deck, maximum capacity is 4 persons for matrimonial. Child 3 years old to 8
years old is counted as an adult but will not be charged with entrance fee.
For glamping tent, maximum capacity is 4 persons except for tent supernova,the maximum capacity is 8 persons.
By default, glamping tent accomodations will not allow children below 3 years old. 3 years old and above is counted as an adult in the
glamping tent. Glampers are entitled for free entrance fee, welcome drinks and breakfast.
Note: please be advised that we will not accept any person over the required maximum number of capacity in glamping tents and cottages.
Extra mattress and/or campers mat are for cottages only for an additional charge of 150 and 50 pesos per night, respectively.
Check in time is 1:00 PM & check out time is 11:00 AM, Philippine Standard Time (+08:
Full payment for the room and other incidental charges (e.g. broken items or lost items) are required upon check-out.
Guaranteed bookings will be held for check-in until 1:00 PM, Philippine Standard Time (+08:00) of the scheduled check-in date, after which
the booking will be deemed cancelled and the resort shall be entitled to release the booked room(s) for the remaining stay dates to other guests
provided an advance arrangement or notification is given on which your check-in time will not be past 3:00 PM.

Modifications or No-Show Policy


No amendments or modifications of any kind will be entertained on bookings with pending status. Also, no amendments or modifications of
any kind will be entertained on bookings with confirmed status, except in changes in the number of persons (see room maximum capacity) and
in cases of natural calamities in Dinadiawan, Aurora (see below).Guest with confirmed booking may elect to cancel the reservation and request
for a refund(see cancellation).
PLEASE keep in mind that modifications can be only made once for each booking.

Failure to arrive at the resort before 1:00PM of the confirmed check in date will be treated as No-show and no-refund shall be given except as
stated above.
In cases of natural calamities in Dinadiawan, Aurora, you may opt to modify your booking within 30 days only, or ask for a refund. Refunds
are subjected to an administrative fee of 300 pesos per booking.
Cancellation
Deposits are not refundable 3 days prior to the check in date. Cancellations 4 to 6 days before the check in date will be subjected to a 50%
refund, while cancellations 7 or more days before the check in date will be charged an administrative fee of 300 pesos.
Refunds will be sent via bank deposit. Processing will take 5 working days (Monday to Friday).
