Outdoor recreation is an inseparable part of our day to day life and it is


beneficial for our health. Being out and enjoying the natural world
provides physical as well as mental health benefits. Also, enjoying the
great outdoors promote the health and well-being of the wilderness itself.

Swimming is a great way to keep fit and can provide a low-impact

workout. It builds endurance, muscle strength, cardiovascular fitness and


also takes some of the impact stress off our body. For the rock climbing,
it can help us to conquer our fear on heights. It increase mental strength,
improves flexibility and prevents chronic diseases.

Tagaytay would be one of the perfect places to experience swimming

and visit Sagada, Mountain Province for rock climbing.
