Job Responsibility

 Handling the fabrication of AG piping and site planning, erection co-ordination and
inspection of a particular pipe rack.
 Prepare Loop file according to their material specification, test pressure and test medium
mechanical clearance and loop clearance for the hydro testing.
 Co-ordinate with PMC, external and internal partners for handling technical queries, work
schedule and design-related issues.
 Piping support fabrication according to support detail drawing and erection on site as per
their co-ordinate.
 Overall Monitoring and control of quality and executive activities related to pre fabrication,
welding (Material: CS, NACE,CS,SS,CS etc & process SMAW,GTAW).
 Daily Progress Report follow up
 Implement the permit to work system.
 Attending daily meeting (Production and safety)
 Weld production reports.
 Check fitup and RT report.
