“WINTER 2019 ONLINE APPLICATION”

Dear Students,

Please follow the below link to apply for repeat courses in session winter 2019. Read the given
instructions carefully before submitting your responses.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Upon opening form, enter a valid email address to receive your copy of the submission.
2. Press Next to go to the following section.
3. Enter all details, name, father's name, CMS ID (numeric). From the drop-down menu
select the status of your program of study. Choose Graduated (if your batch has
completed its tenor of study) or Regular (if you are currently an active student of the
regular session).
4. You will be directed to another page from where you need to choose the Exact Title of
your program.
5. On the next page, select first your Exact Admit Term to the program of study. Then
select up to 3 courses which you want to apply, keeping in view the courses offered by
the Department in session winter 2019.
6. Submit the form, you will receive a copy of your response on your provided email. You
have to visit the Department to get a printed version “HARD COPY”. Submit the signed
form in the Department Office within the Deadline Period, after which no form will be
accepted.
7. Please provide a valid email address on which you will receive a copy of your response
and a link that will allow you to make changes to initial response as many times as
required till the deadline.
8. Remember the Deadlines as per the following schedule and stick to them to get yourself
enrolled on timely basis:

Online Application and Changes

5:00 PM (23rd/01/2020) till 5:00 PM (25th/01/2020)

Submission of Hard Copy in Department Office

09:00 AM (27/01/2020) till 05:00 PM (30/01/2020).
