These things all mean that as a leader, you are in it for the right reasons, not the money.
Having these qualities make you a good leader, and if you know that you do not have
some of these characteristics, means that maybe you should not be a leader, especially in
the nursing field, since you have to believe in others and be concerned with the common
good in order to want to help others heal. Learning how to use these characteristics at
work will help me become a leader.
